Thai Inspired Popup Cooking Class Series with Chef Aaron Brooks

Taking place at different popup locations throughout the hotel, Edge offers monthly interactive cooking classes with Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his culinary team. In addition, collaborations will be on tap – pun intended – with local breweries and surprise guest chefs from local hot spots. All classes have a local farm-to-table focus and utilize current flavors and ingredients distinct to the season.

Join Edge, Steak & Bar Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his culinary team for an interactive “Thai Inspired” cooking class on July 20th from 2 - 4 pm. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and wine and beer during class while the Chefs walk you through how to prepare an array of Thai-inspired items. The class will be held in a pop-up location within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and stay secret until the day of. Creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Brooks, the class has a maximum of 12 participants.

The cooking class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer, a take-home gift bag, and, of course, plenty of food.
