Girl Talk in town!!!!
Don't worry, this won't be an hour of two chicks blabbing about their hair and The Bachelor finale. Instead, it's a guy named Greg who likes to mash up hip-hop songs. High-energy indie punksters Deerhunter open. FYI: No deer will be harmed during this performance.
Playing at: Culture Room Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306
Girl Talk, or Gregg Gills, is a student-turned-musician who mixes a bunch of good hip-hop songs together to make one great jam. Now, the guy can charge $25 at the Culture Room, but the show should be electric and slightly sweaty. Psychedelic, **11**t artists Deerhunter are opening. Tickets are still selling on and the show starts around 8 p.m.
